We have details for the upcoming redemption offer at Shoppers Drug Mart this weekend.  As rumoured, this one is a little different than the usual bonus redemptions.  You redeem your points for the regular amounts but for the top two tiers, you get points back when you redeem. Redeem 95,000 points and get $40 (30,000 Optimum points) back. Redeem 50,000 points and get $20 (16,000 Optimum points) back. The great thing about these promotions is that Shoppers Drug Mart values their points on lower tiers.  So the 30,000 points you get when you redeem $170 are actually worth over $60 if you wait for another bonus redemption or over $50 at the regular highest redemption. I haven’t seen the full flyer, but in the past, the bonus for points back redemptions has been added at a later date so you can’t use them for a second redemption the same weekend.

Not long ago, Shoppers Drug Mart Canada had their offer of 8000 bonus Optimum points when you spent $200 on gift cards, but here is a deal on Children's Place gift cards this week that is of an even greater value!

From November the 19th to the 25th, Shoppers Drug Mart Canada has $25 The Children's Place Gift Cards on sale for 20% off. This means each $25 gift card will now cost only $20. So, whether you are gifting the actual cards, or using the cards to purchase gifts, this will save you that 20%. I will be purchasing some of these for my own use as The Children's Place often has fantastic clearance deals online, complete with frequent free shipping offers. These are gift cards that I will definitely use, even if it's one $4 item at a time.

Be sure to pick these up early in the week as I'm sure their stock of these gift cards is probably limited.
